As you step in, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living space featuring a spacious sectional couch and a fireplace with a large flat-screen smart TV. Warm light fills the room creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to the living area, you'll discover the dining space, complete with a playful green velvet bench and seating for seven. Whether you're enjoying a meal or engaging in conversation, this area sets the stage for enjoyable moments. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals during your stay. It features a full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all the amenities you need to make it feel like home. Additionally, there's a convenient full sized laundry room just off the kitchen. You'll find the first bedroom down the hallway with an extremely comfortable full-sized bed, adorned with high-quality bedding. It also features a walk-in closet. Further along, there's a full-sized bathroom with ample counter space and a shower/tub combo. In the bathroom, we've taken the extra step to ensure you have all the amenities you need, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In addition to these essentials, you'll also find a first-aid kit for any minor incidents and a handy travel-sized blow dryer to help you look your best. These little touches are all part of our mission to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. We understand that everyday conveniences can make a world of difference when you're away from home. With this in mind, we have ensured that each guest is provided with two sets of towels. Continuing down the hall, you'll encounter another bedroom with a Queen bed, also known for its exceptional comfort. The walk-in closet adds to the convenience and storage space. At the end of the hall, you'll discover a linen closet and the master bedroom. The large master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, made for the perfect spot to retire after a long day of play. The bed is complemented by a flat-screen smart TV, a desk and chair, and another walk-in closet. Additionally, the en-suite bathroom is designed with a dedicated vanity space and a separate room with a toilet and shower/tub combo. For families, we have a creatively arranged bedroom off the kitchen. It features a twin over King bed with a twin trundle, adorned with lively lemur decorations. This room also comes with a flat-screen smart TV and a mesmerizing night light that adds vibrant colors to the walls. With a spacious walk-in closet, you'll have ample room for storing clothes and suitcases. But the true gem of this house is the expansive backyard, complete with a large covered porch designed for relaxation and entertainment. It offers the a comfortable sectional seating area, dining space, a hot tub with seating for four, propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a generous backyard play area. Towering pine trees provide just the right amount of shade on hot Texas summer days. You'll also find a triangular hammock, perfect for unwinding. For outdoor games and activities, we provide soccer balls and nets, cornhole, and even a large outdoor ping pong table. We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. If this rule is not adhered to, an additional cleaning fee will be requested.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. No Parties or Events: Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events are allowed on the property without prior permissions granted. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund. Damages and Lost Items: Any damages to the property or lost items will be the responsibility of the guest. Report any damages or issues to us immediately. Security and Locks: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals. Hot Tub/Pool (if applicable): Follow all safety guidelines and rules posted near the hot tub or pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. Respect for Neighbors: Please be respectful of our neighbors and their privacy. Security Deposit: For stays over 10 days, a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit shall be returned if no damages are found in the property after check-out.

We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay. For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is mandatory and will be scheduled after your booking is confirmed. The cost for each cleaning will be billed separately through your booking platform.
