Dawn, thank you for saving our trip. We were in Grandbury for my daughter’s wedding. Our first Airbnb was nightmare. We were lucky enough to book your beautiful home, relax with coffee by the pool, watch the sunset. Thank you for being so quick to responsive and getting us in right away. You literally saved our trip and we couldn’t be more thankful. Your beds were SO comfortable!

We had a great stay at the cabin! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and really feel like a home away from home. Nice quiet and safe area. We saw a whole bunch of deer! Really great location, just a quick drive to town. We really loved the rocking chairs and nice yard. The piano was really fun to play. Nice full kitchen to cook our meals in, too. Our host was very responsive and sweet. We really enjoyed our time there. Definitely recommend the cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful home away from home.

My family and I stayed here for Easter break . It was perfect for our group . The house is updated and has so much space . The kitchen was very nice . Great location for us . We would book it again .

We had a great weekend with family here and it was such a peaceful and serene spot. The home is situated on the lake but in a great little cove so you have the best of both worlds. The kitchen and Dining areas were spacious and perfect for cooking meals and playing games after dinner. We also enjoyed the pool table and super comfy sofa in the game room. the beds were very comfortable, and we were only a short drive into downtown Granbury for shops and restaurants. This place is a hidden gem, and Dawn was absolutely one of the best and most communicative hosts we have had. Thank you to you and your team for making sure we felt welcome. Thanks again, Pam

Definitely matches everything that is listed, very quick to respond, in a very college student population but was surprisingly very peaceful, felt right at home and really loved that they had everything fully stocked from the kitchens, laundry rooms, to the rooms and bathrooms nothing lacked. My kiddos loved the bunk bed room and the fact that they had plenty of space to roam around not only inside but outside too.

Such a beautiful home & property. Very relaxing. The family loved it and enjoyed/loved hanging out on the dock and the hot tub. The rooms are beautifully decorated with great views. Dawn was very friendly and provided a wonderful recommendation for breakfast! Also very quick to respond, Thank you! Our family with definitely be back!

This was the most incredible Airbnb stay I have ever had. We had a large group stay here and the multiple spaces and houses was perfect. The property is spectacular - I enjoyed hiking the trail every morning and seeing great views of the Texas landscape. All the appliances, pools, and amenities worked perfectly. It was truly a once in a lifetime type of stay and I'm so happy we were able to stay here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was our first visit to Pagosa Springs & Wolf Creek Ski Area and we had a wonderful time! The location was about 5 minutes from downtown Pagosa and about 20 from Wolf Creek...and the drive to Wolf Creek was easy (there was no snow on the streets during our visit). The home was perfect for two families to share but have their own spaces and plenty of beds for our party of 10. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Even in the crazy wind and unpredictable cold, we had the BEST time at this property!! So many things to keep the kids entertained and the parents stress free! We can’t wait to come back this summer and do all the lake things!! Thanks, Dawn, for everything!!

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great spot on the water with plenty of space and things to do. We enjoyed using the pool table, hot tub, off the dock fishing access, and the view as countless birds and creatures (river otter, we think) flew and swam by! The location was great to access anything but still feel like a lake trip, and some awesome experiences only 30 minutes away. PLEASE take your kids, or kids at heart, to see the dinosaur prints at Dinosaur Valley State Park - mind blowing! (At least for those who love that kind of stuff :) ). We also did the paid tour at fossil rim wildlife center and it was a blast! Lots of animals to see and you get to feed the giraffes. Dawn was by far the best communicator we've had on Airbnb. Clear and proactive comms that answered Qs before we even asked them, and when we did reach out she was quick to get back to us. Definitely follow her recommendations on the bakery to try out! Thanks for the wonderful trip!
