Designed for connection and relaxation, Hummingbird Summit offers three comfortable bedrooms, peaceful king bedrooms and a twin-over-twin bunk room making it ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. With two full bathrooms, mornings and evenings stay easy after long ski days or mountain adventures. The front bathroom features a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combo, perfect for unwinding. The living room is where everyone gathers. Sink into the cozy couch or one of two plush recliners, enjoy movie nights on the large-screen TV, or warm up by the wood-burning fireplace as snow falls outside. A full dining table brings everyone together for meals, games, and après-ski conversations. The kitchen is inviting and well equipped, with plenty of appliances and space to cook comfortably. For longer stays or winter travel, you’ll appreciate the full-size washer and dryer, ample coat hangers for ski gear, and thoughtful extras like a Shark space heater and air purifier to keep the home comfortable throughout your stay. Step onto the private balcony to breathe in crisp mountain air and take in beautiful views. In warmer months, hummingbirds often flutter through the trees, and in winter, the quiet snowfall makes mornings feel especially peaceful. Open the windows and you’ll feel fully immersed in nature. Outside, a communal grill area sits just at the base of the steps, perfect for easy outdoor meals. Well-behaved pets are welcome, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the mountains too. HOUSE RULES Welcome! We’re thrilled to host you and want to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please review our house rules before booking: GENERAL Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged). No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No unauthorized overnight guests. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is permitted only outdoors and away from doors and windows. No illegal substances or activities at any time. PETS We love welcoming pets, but please review our guidelines before booking. Only one dog is allowed per stay, whether indoors or outdoors, and the pet must be disclosed at the time of booking. A $125 pet fee will be added to your reservation. Dogs must be fully trained and housebroken. An additional $250 cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or odor removal is required. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet during the stay. KITCHEN & HOME CARE Please treat the home as you would your own. Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before checkout. Do not move or rearrange furniture. Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly. SAFETY & SECURITY For your safety, do not disable or cover smoke detectors or exterior cameras. Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Follow all posted safety signage for fire pits, pools, docks, and outdoor areas. CHECKOUT REMINDER Place used towels in the bathroom or laundry area. Remove all trash to outdoor bins. Verify that personal items are packed before departure. FEES & DAMAGES A $1,500 fee will apply for violation of any house rule (including unauthorized guests, smoking indoors, or tampering with safety devices). Excessive cleaning will result in a $500 fee. This includes, but is not limited to: Stains on furniture, rugs, or bedding. Trash left throughout the home or yard. Dirty dishes left unwashed. Spills or food left on floors, counters, or furniture. Pet waste not cleaned up. Glitter, confetti, or wax residue. Any condition requiring professional cleaning or odor removal.

Pet Friendly: We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per stay. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
