Living & Dining Step inside to a bright, airy living room with plenty of seating — a large sofa, two recliners, and accent chairs — all centered around a stylish Frame Smart TV. With board games and high-speed WiFi, it’s easy to relax and make memories. A dining table seats your whole group, while natural light fills the space. Kitchen & Nook The chef-ready kitchen features full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, and thoughtful extras like sugars, creamers, and spices. An espresso machine with pods is provided, and a drip coffee maker is available if you’d like to bring your own coffee. A cozy breakfast nook offers extra seating for a quiet cup of coffee or a casual meal. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Downstairs King Bedroom 1: Spacious, light-filled, Smart TV, closet, suitcase holders. Downstairs King Bedroom 2: King bed, dresser, Smart TV, closet, full-length mirror. Shared Downstairs Bath: Tub/shower combo, vanity sink, fresh towels. Upstairs King Suite: Private retreat with king bed, en-suite bath (walk-in shower), Smart TV, desk, and plenty of storage. Backyard Retreat The large, grassy backyard is the true highlight of the cottage. Gather around the Solo Stove fire pit (firewood provided), lounge on the sectional beneath shady trees, or grill on the Weber with propane ready to go. With an umbrella for shade and space for kids to run, it’s the perfect spot for both quiet mornings and lively evenings. Guest Comforts We’ve thought of everything: fresh towels, a vacuum and steamer for longer stays, suitcase holders in each room, Smart TVs in every bedroom, and fast WiFi throughout the home. HOUSE RULES Welcome! We’re thrilled to host you and want to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please review our house rules before booking: GENERAL Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged). No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No unauthorized overnight guests. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is permitted only outdoors and away from doors and windows. No illegal substances or activities at any time. PETS Please note that this is not a pet-friendly home. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee added to your reservation. KITCHEN & HOME CARE Please treat the home as you would your own. Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before checkout. Do not move or rearrange furniture. Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly. SAFETY & SECURITY For your safety, do not disable or cover smoke detectors or exterior cameras. Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Follow all posted safety signage for fire pits, pools, docks, and outdoor areas. CHECKOUT REMINDER Place used towels in the bathroom or laundry area. Remove all trash to outdoor bins. Verify that personal items are packed before departure. FEES & DAMAGES A $1,500 fee will apply for violation of any house rule (including unauthorized guests, smoking indoors, or tampering with safety devices). Excessive cleaning will result in a $500 fee. This includes, but is not limited to: Stains on furniture, rugs, or bedding. Trash left throughout the home or yard. Dirty dishes left unwashed. Spills or food left on floors, counters, or furniture. Pet waste not cleaned up. Glitter, confetti, or wax residue. Any condition requiring professional cleaning or odor removal.
