Relax in the bright and airy living room, which features plush couches, a fireplace, and ample natural light from large windows. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a dining table with seating for 6. There is also a drip coffee pot with coffee, creamers, and sugars for your convenience. You’ll find a full laundry room with access to a full-sized washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during your stay. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and a closet for your convenience. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Throughout the home, you'll find bright pops of color that add a cheerful touch to your stay. We provide a starter set of supplies, including trash bags and soaps, to make your arrival smooth. We welcome one pet with a $125 fee and kindly ask that your furry friend stays off the furniture and beds to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests. For stays over 10 days, a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit shall be returned if no damages are found in the property after check-out.

Monthly Cleaning Charge For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning charge of $230 will apply. Pet Fee We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay. For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is mandatory and will be scheduled after your booking is confirmed. The cost for each cleaning will be billed separately through your booking platform.
