Welcome to "The Station"- a great home away from home! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a cozy and comfortable stay for job travelers. Relax in the bright and airy living room, which features plenty of seating, a fireplace, and ample natural light from large windows. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and a dining table with seating for 6. There is also a drip coffee pot with coffee, creamers, and sugars for your convenience. You’ll find a full laundry room with access to a full-sized washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during your stay. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and a closet for your convenience. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Throughout the home, you'll find bright pops of color that add a cheerful touch to your stay. We provide a starter set of supplies, including trash bags and soaps, to make your arrival smooth. HOUSE RULES Welcome! We’re thrilled to host you and want to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please review our house rules before booking: GENERAL Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged). No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No unauthorized overnight guests. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is permitted only outdoors and away from doors and windows. No illegal substances or activities at any time. PETS Pets are welcome only if approved in advance and with payment of the listed pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Guests must clean up after their pets indoors and outdoors. KITCHEN & HOME CARE Please treat the home as you would your own. Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before checkout. Do not move or rearrange furniture. Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly. SAFETY & SECURITY For your safety, do not disable or cover smoke detectors or exterior cameras. Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Follow all posted safety signage for fire pits, pools, docks, and outdoor areas. CHECKOUT REMINDER Place used towels in the bathroom or laundry area. Remove all trash to outdoor bins. Verify that personal items are packed before departure. FEES & DAMAGES A $1,500 fee will apply for violation of any house rule (including unauthorized guests, smoking indoors, or tampering with safety devices). Excessive cleaning will result in a $500 fee. This includes, but is not limited to: Stains on furniture, rugs, or bedding. Trash left throughout the home or yard. Dirty dishes left unwashed. Spills or food left on floors, counters, or furniture. Pet waste not cleaned up. Glitter, confetti, or wax residue. Any condition requiring professional cleaning or odor removal.

Other things to note This property has four exterior security cameras for safety. Three smart TVs are available for your enjoyment. Pet policy: Pets must be disclosed at time of booking. Only one small dog is allowed at this time and pet fee of $125 is applicable. Pets must be fully trained and housebroken. A$250 fee applies if deep cleaning is required. Guests must clean up pet waste immediately; a $150 fee applies if our team must handle it. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets.
