Important Note About the Pool & Hot Tub The swimming pool is not heated. The hot tub section built into the pool is decorative only—it is not heated and cannot be heated under any circumstances. Please be sure all guests are aware of this before booking. The Layout To take full advantage of the lake views, the home is designed with two levels. From the driveway and carport, guests will walk down a set of stairs to reach the front door. For stays over 10 days, a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit shall be returned if no damages are found in the property at check-out. The security deposit request will come through your booking platform before your check-in. For guests staying over 30 days, a monthly cleaning for the property is both included in the price and mandatory for this reservation. We will work with each guest on a cleaning schedule that works best for them.

Pet Friendly We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. Pool Rules: Please no glassware in or near the pool/hot tub—if glass enters the water, the pool must be fully drained per regulation. Guests are encouraged to rinse off after lake use to protect pool chemistry. Pool Maintenance Schedule: To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, our pool and hot tub are professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs Tuesday and Friday morning.
