Welcome to our brand new Casa Blanca family getaway on Skyview Ranch! Picture waking up to birdsong, surrounded by a peaceful valley dotted with trees and wide-open skies—all while enjoying the comfort of your own chic King Suite Villa. Casa Blanca sits at the heart of the ranch and includes 5 private King Suite Villas, all under one roof and connected to a spacious Gathering Room. Each suite includes a kitchenette with a mini fridge and freezer, Keurig, microwave, dinnerware, a full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a cozy couch, a dining shelf, and a Smart TV. Casa Blanca can comfortably sleep 16 guests total with plenty of space to relax, connect, and explore. Additional sleeping accommodations: There are 4 twin-size air mattresses stored in the laundry room. These are available for guests to set up as needed—perfect for children or to accommodate additional guests in the Gathering Room or any of the Villas. Between the villas is the true heart of Skyview Ranch: the Grand Hall. This light-filled Gathering Room features a modern kitchen, 10-seat dining table, coffee bar, and two bathrooms—making it the perfect space for your group to relax, cook, and come together. Step outside and enjoy everything Casa Blanca has to offer. Out front, you’ll find two fire pits—one wood-burning and one propane—along with Adirondack seating, perfect for late-night s’mores and stargazing. The backyard features a large grassy area that's ideal for a game of soccer, cornhole, or just letting the kids run free. About 30 feet from the Gathering Room, you’ll find our 36’ swimming pool—fully fenced for safety. The pool deck offers plenty of space to soak up the sun in comfortable loungers, and there’s a propane Weber grill ready for your outdoor meals. Pets: We’re dog-friendly! Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $75 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Outdoor amenities: Explore 34 acres of natural beauty with hiking trails, wide-open skies, and plenty of room to roam. Enjoy a game of horseshoes or tetherball in the game arena tucked further into the ranch, near our additional cabins (also available to book). Our stocked fishing pond is a peaceful spot to cast a line—bring your poles and relax. If you’re in the mood for an outdoor meal, enjoy our picnic area shaded by trees, complete with string lights and four picnic tables. The wooden swing nearby is a guest favorite for quiet moments and morning coffee. EV Charger: A Tesla EV charger is available and easy to access for all guests. GENERAL Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged). No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No unauthorized overnight guests. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is permitted only outdoors and away from doors and windows. No illegal substances or activities at any time. PETS Pets are welcome only if approved in advance and with payment of the listed pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Guests must clean up after their pets indoors and outdoors. POOL / HOT TUB Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving, glassware, or food in the pool area. Please shower before entering and replace the cover after use. KITCHEN & HOME CARE Please treat the home as you would your own. Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before checkout. Do not move or rearrange furniture as well as fire pits. Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly. SAFETY & SECURITY For your safety, do not disable or cover smoke detectors or exterior cameras. Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Follow all posted safety signage for fire pits, pools, docks, and outdoor areas. CHECKOUT REMINDER Place used towels in the bathroom or laundry area. Remove all trash to outdoor bins. Verify that personal items are packed before departure. FEES & DAMAGES A $1,500 fee will apply for violation of any house rule (including unauthorized guests, smoking indoors, or tampering with safety devices). Excessive cleaning will result in a $500 fee. This includes, but is not limited to: Stains on furniture, rugs, or bedding. Trash left throughout the home or yard. Dirty dishes left unwashed. Spills or food left on floors, counters, or furniture. Pet waste not cleaned up. Glitter, confetti, or wax residue. Any condition requiring professional cleaning or odor removal.

Pool Maintenance Schedule: To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, the pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs every Wednesday. AC Temperature Settings: To ensure consistent comfort and energy efficiency, the thermostats at Casa Blanca are set to operate within a preset cooling range of 69°F to 73°F. This range was recommended by our HVAC technician and aligns with the sleep preferences of most guests. If you’d like your room a little warmer, you’re welcome to turn the AC off. To cool it down again, simply switch it back on—the system will resume within the preset range. The auto mode cannot be set below 69°F or above 73°F. We are pet-friendly and welcome 3 well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.
