Boasting between the Villas is the heart of our vision when building Skyview Ranch- a large Grand Hall for your party to gather together featuring a large open space swimming in sunlight, chic and modern kitchen space, coffee bar, double bathrooms, and so much more! Pets: Our property is dog friendly! We allow up to three dogs during your stay for a non-refundable $75 pet fee per pet. Outdoor Amenities: Hike through endless trails on the full 34 acre ranch and explore the beauty of our peaceful surroundings. But that's not all! We also offer exciting recreational activities such as our game arena with a horseshoe pit, tetherball court, and comfy seating which are nestled deeper in the heart of the ranch near 3 other cabins which are also available to book. Wildlife: Experience the Beauty of Texas Wildlife on Our Peaceful Ranch! Here on the ranch we have deer and turkeys roam free. Swim Spa Temperature and Maintenance Schedule: From May through September, the Swim Spa is kept at pool temperature and will receive weekly Tuesday maintenance. From October through April, the Swim Spa is kept at 90 degrees and can be adjusted to your desired temperature upon arrival. We are pet-friendly and welcome 3 well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.
