The adjacent bunk room offers twin-over-double bunks and a smart TV. Downstairs, a second bedroom with a queen bed offers direct access to the backyard with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs for evening relaxation. The boat dock provides opportunities for fishing and picnics. Outside, the front yard welcomes you with tall trees and a charming wrap-around deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Other backyard amenities include a spacious grass area for outdoor games, a large outdoor dining table for al fresco meals with a view, a fire pit for cozy evenings, and a boat dock for lakeside fun. We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. If this rule is not adhered to, an additional cleaning fee will be requested. Convenient amenities include an en-suite half bath, laundry facilities, and ample parking with space for a boat trailer. For stays over 10 days, a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit shall be returned if no damages are found in the property after check-out.

Pets: We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay. For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is mandatory and will be scheduled after your booking is confirmed. The cost for each cleaning will be billed separately through your booking platform. Safety Disclaimer: For safety, please note there is no fence or gate at the waterline where the backyard meets the lake. Young children should always be supervised. For added peace of mind, security poles are installed at each sliding glass door to better monitor access to the backyard.
