The Driftwood Den is our incredibly cozy, beautifully remodeled house that sleeps 10 across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1: king bed Bedroom 2: queen bed Bedroom 3: 3 bunk bed sets (6 twin beds), perfect for kids or a group. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is stylish and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a Karaoke corner for fun family time! Step outside to one of two covered patios and backyard leading down to kayaks, a paddleboard that you can enjoy on your small private dock on Lake Granbury.

HOUSE RULES Welcome! We’re thrilled to host you and want to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please review our house rules before booking: GENERAL Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged). No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No unauthorized overnight guests. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is permitted only outdoors and away from doors and windows. No illegal substances or activities at any time. PETS We love welcoming pets, but please review our guidelines before booking. One dog is allowed per stay, whether indoors or outdoors, and the pet must be disclosed at the time of booking. A $125 pet fee will be added to your reservation. Dogs must be fully trained and housebroken. An additional $250 cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or odor removal is required. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet during the stay. KITCHEN & HOME CARE Please treat the home as you would your own. Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before checkout. Do not move or rearrange furniture. Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly. SAFETY & SECURITY For your safety, do not disable or cover smoke detectors or exterior cameras. Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Follow all posted safety signage for fire pits, pools, docks, and outdoor areas. CHECKOUT REMINDER Place used towels in the bathroom or laundry area. Remove all trash to outdoor bins. Verify that personal items are packed before departure. FEES & DAMAGES A $1,500 fee will apply for violation of any house rule (including unauthorized guests, smoking indoors, or tampering with safety devices). Excessive cleaning will result in a $500 fee. This includes, but is not limited to: Stains on furniture, rugs, or bedding. Trash left throughout the home or yard. Dirty dishes left unwashed. Spills or food left on floors, counters, or furniture. Pet waste not cleaned up. Glitter, confetti, or wax residue. Any condition requiring professional cleaning or odor removal.

Pet Friendly We are pet-friendly and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies for the dog. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. Please note the Driftwood Den is situated in a quiet lakeside neighborhood with a mix of homes. The house itself has been fully and beautifully remodeled, and we think the neighbors and setting are part of its laid-back lake charm.
