$500 security deposit will be required for all bookings. This deposit shall be returned if no damages are found in the property after check-out.

We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay. For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is mandatory and will be scheduled after your booking is confirmed. The cost for each cleaning will be billed separately through your booking platform.
