However, due to the delicate nature of the furnishings, including white linens and couches, as well as the design layout featuring a concrete staircase and an upper deck railing with suspension cables, it's important to note that this property is not suitable for young children. A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay. For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is mandatory and will be scheduled after your booking is confirmed.
