We do not allow dogs or other pets at this property. Thank you for understanding. For stays over 10 days, a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit shall be returned if no damages are found in the property at check-out. The security deposit request will come through your booking platform before your check-in. For guests staying over 30 days, a monthly cleaning for the property is both included in the price and mandatory for this reservation. We will work with each guest on a cleaning schedule that works best for them.

Pet Policy We do not allow dogs or other pets at this property. Thank you for understanding. Monthly Stays For stays of 30 days or more, a professional cleaning is required once per month. Our team will schedule this cleaning, and the cost will be charged to the guest. Extended Stay Deposit For stays longer than 10 days, a $500 security deposit is required. This will be refunded after checkout, provided the home is left in good condition, no excessive cleaning is needed, and all items are accounted for and undamaged. Shared Building, Private Stay This property shares a building with a separate front unit, which may be occupied during your stay. Each unit has its own private entrance, parking, and amenities. A secure, locked interior door with a 2-foot buffer space separates the two units. This door cannot be opened unless you have booked the entire property, in which case a unique, temporary access code will be provided and changed between stays.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire back unit of Old City Hall. This includes: – Two bedrooms – Parlor with two twin beds and lounge space – Two full bathrooms – Fully equipped kitchen – Spacious living area – Full-size washer and dryer – Three dedicated parking spots behind the unit – Private entry with self check-in Please note: The front unit of the building may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Each unit has a completely private entrance, separate amenities, and its own parking. There is a secure 2-foot buffer space between the two units with locked doors on either side. These interior doors remain locked and cannot be accessed unless a guest has booked the entire property. When that occurs, a unique, one-time code is provided and changed between stays. Your stay will be fully private to the back unit.
