Granbury has proudly held the title of Best Historic Small Town in America for several years, and this home offers the perfect blend of original charm, colorful design, and modern convenience. Old City Hall has been transformed into a warm and inviting rental ideal for group getaways, family gatherings, or retreats. From antique chandeliers to smart TVs in every room, the home is full of thoughtful touches throughout. You’ll have full access to the entire space, which includes six sleeping areas, two full kitchens, four full bathrooms, and two laundry areas. While the building was once divided into two units, the internal door stays open, creating a seamless and spacious layout. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, ceiling fan, pops of teal and antique charm Bedroom 2: King bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, ceiling fan, original wood paneling with rich blues Bedroom 3: Queen bed, shares bathroom with Bedroom 2, smart TV, ceiling fan Bedroom 4 (The Parlor): Two twin beds with storage drawers, lounge seating, and large smart TV; shares hallway bathroom with Bedroom 6 Bedroom 5: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, ceiling fan Bedroom 6: King bed, smart TV, ceiling fan; uses the full bathroom across the hall (shared with Bedroom 4) Each bedroom features comfortable bedding, storage, smart TVs, ceiling fans, night lights, and curated decor that mixes vintage character with colorful flair. Bathrooms: There are four full bathrooms. Three are ensuite to Bedrooms 1, 2, and 5. The fourth is a shared hallway bathroom for Bedroom 4 (parlor) and Bedroom 6. Each bathroom features custom tilework, high-end finishes, quality soaps, hairdryers, and plush towels. Kitchens & Dining: Guests will enjoy two fully equipped kitchens: The front kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric two-burner cooktop, Nespresso machine, and Sparkletts water dispenser. The back kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Cookware, dishes, and essential kitchen tools are provided. A designated dining area near the front kitchen includes a table with seating for four, with additional casual seating available throughout. Living Areas: The front living room features a spacious sectional and accent chair—great for relaxing or catching a show. The back parlor includes two twin beds, a second lounge area, and a large smart TV—perfect for spreading out or hosting families with kids. Laundry: There are two full-size washers and dryers available—one in the front and one in the back section of the home. Location: Just one block from Granbury’s historic Square, you’ll be within easy walking distance of the Granbury Opera House, boutique shopping, top-rated restaurants, tasting rooms, and live music venues. Parking: The property offers six dedicated parking spots, giving you and your group convenient, onsite access throughout your stay. We do not allow dogs or other pets at this property. Thank you for understanding. For stays over 10 days, a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit shall be returned if no damages are found in the property at check-out. The security deposit request will come through your booking platform before your check-in. For guests staying over 30 days, a monthly cleaning for the property is both included in the price and mandatory for this reservation. We will work with each guest on a cleaning schedule that works best for them.

This cleaning will be arranged by our team and the cost will be charged to the guest. Extended Stay Deposit For stays longer than 10 days, a $500 security deposit is required. This will be returned after checkout as long as the home is left in good condition, no excessive cleaning is needed, and all items are present and undamaged.
