Located in a serene 3-acre valley, this cozy getaway shares access to a stocked fishing pond, fire pits, tetherball, and a horseshoe pit, creating the perfect setting for unplugged fun. Just steps away in the Game Arena, enjoy a game of cornhole with bags conveniently stored near the horseshoe pit. Wander scenic hiking trails, relax on outdoor seating with sweeping views, and soak in the calm of nature. While the atmosphere is off-grid, high-speed Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected when needed. The Bamboo Bungalow is a cozy 350 square foot luxurious cabin, perfect for couples or individuals. We also want them to be able to run around and enjoy nature; please be respectful of other guests. House Rules

GENERAL Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged). No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No unauthorized overnight guests. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is permitted only outdoors and away from doors and windows. No illegal substances or activities at any time. PETS Pets are welcome only if approved in advance and with payment of the listed pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Guests must clean up after their pets indoors and outdoors. POOL / HOT TUB Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving, glassware, or food in the pool area. Please shower before entering and replace the cover after use. KITCHEN & HOME CARE Please treat the home as you would your own. Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before checkout. Do not move or rearrange furniture. Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly. SAFETY & SECURITY For your safety, do not disable or cover smoke detectors or exterior cameras. Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Follow all posted safety signage for fire pits, pools, docks, and outdoor areas. CHECKOUT REMINDER Place used towels in the bathroom or laundry area. Remove all trash to outdoor bins. Verify that personal items are packed before departure. FEES & DAMAGES A $1,500 fee will apply for violation of any house rule (including unauthorized guests, smoking indoors, or tampering with safety devices). Excessive cleaning will result in a $500 fee. This includes, but is not limited to: Stains on furniture, rugs, or bedding. Trash left throughout the home or yard. Dirty dishes left unwashed. Spills or food left on floors, counters, or furniture. Pet waste not cleaned up. Glitter, confetti, or wax residue. Any condition requiring professional cleaning or odor removal.

Other Details to Note

Pets: We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. New Construction: Any newly constructed sleeping spaces on the property are not included in your reservation. These spaces may be made available for use on a case-by-case basis and will require an additional reservation fee if approved.

The drive into the property on Farm to Market Road 51, regardless of which side you coming from is a breathtaking drive! Surrounded by lush trees and peaceful farmlands, the beauty of the Texas Rolling Hills does not disappoint! You will be staying at a family ranch on 34 acres outside of city limits.

Guest Access

You will have private use of your cabin, your fire pit and access to the fully-fenced 34 acre ranch. The cabins, and fishing pond are in a 3 acre valley. If guests have rented either of the other 2 cabins that are on the ranch, these amenities will be shared. Please note that we will be starting to build on different areas of the ranch for some additional spectacular vacation rental homes.

Find us

Coming in from either side of Farm to Market Road 51, you would be driving through Texas Rolling Hills with beautiful lush trees, farmlands and peaceful settings. The property is right off of highway 51, only a 10 minute drive to Dinosaur Valley State Park and a 25 minute drive to Historic Granbury Square. As you enter the ranch, follow the gravel road down to the three cabins where you can park in front of your cabin.
