There is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, master bath and walk-in closet, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds (one with its own bathroom) and a fourth bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a full-sized futon. The house can sleep 11 people total. Two bedrooms share a third full bathroom. Every bedroom has it's own TV with Roku. Sage Cove Lake House offers two Kayaks and tubes that can be rented for your stay for $50. There are also games like corn hole and giant jenga, cards and board games provided for kids and adults alike to enjoy.

Outdoor cushions are in the lake side bedroom closet. Please put back if raining so you can use them without them being wet. Please put back before you check out. There is a ring doorbell with a camera for the property's and guest's security. It is remain on at all times. If it is turned off or tampered with, the guests will be asked to leave. Please report any breakages via the app so we can see to the issue immediately. No more than 11 guests are allowed to stay the night. Fees will be imposed if this is broken. The amounts are listed. All non-staying guests must be reported and no more than 15 people total are allowed in the house at any time. If this rule is broken, you will be asked to leave. No parties are allowed. If this is rule is broken, you will be asked to leave. Do not drive or park on the grass for any reason. If any sprinkler heads are damaged due to this, the cost will be covered from guest. Do not park on the neighbor's lawn/property for any reason. Do not block the street with parked cars. While commercial photography and filming is allowed on the premises, there is a fee, please inquire. Fees will also be imposed if this is not adhered to. Shower BEFORE getting in the hot tub. This will keep it cleaner for the duration of your stay. Stack all dirty plates and utensils in the dishwasher and turn on when checking out. Do not put wooden utensils in the dishwasher. These need to be washed by hand. The coffee maker can be drip filter or used as a Keurig for individual pods. There is also an espresso machine. Please be sure to keep the milk steamer wand clean and throw your used coffee filter in the trash before you leave. There are mosquito coils in the drawer below the coffee makers. There may be cobwebs and spiders down at the dock. While we regularly spray and physically remove the cobwebs, spiders are a natural occurrence on the lake, and it is unrealistic to expect a spider/bug-free environment there.

Guest and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do NOT park on the grass. Quiet time starts at 10 p.m. No parties. Anyone who is not a guest is not allowed to stay overnight. You must report anyone coming to the house during the day and no more than 15 people can be in the house at any time. If this rule is broken then fees will apply and you will be asked to leave. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin before you leave. All trash must be in bags, NO LOOSE TRASH. Fine of $100 will be charged if not followed. Keep a close eye on your kids, the house is located on a lake and has a hot tub in the backyard. The host and property owners are NOT LIABLE for damages or any other bodily injury that takes place on our property. Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Do not forget to close the windows and lock the door. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner before checkout. Damages up to $1,000 must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Please clean all dishes and place them in the correct spot before checkout or have them neatly stacked in the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave. Hand wash wooden utensils and all cutting boards and bbq utensils. Please strip only sheets, pillow cases, and towels. You can leave them on the floor of each bedroom. Do not drive on the grass. If any irrigation sprinkler heads are broken or tire tracks left on grass, damages will need to be paid. We do have ring doorbell camera for your security as well as the property’s. It must not be tampered with or turned off at any time, same with the WiFi. Thank you.
