Good to know
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex is only 5 blocks from the Historic Granbury Square. Sink into the sectional couch and read a book or watch TV that offers your favorite streaming service. You will find a master bedroom with king bed and closet. The sunroom is a perfect 2nd bedroom with a Queen Bed, small desk for an office space, and a closet. The ample windows in the sunroom overlook the backyard with beautiful trees that offer great shade. The private backyard is fully fenced and features a seating area and a stone firepit. The home has one bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a full kitchen with a double oven with an electric stovetop, microwave, full refrigerator and plenty of pantry space. Also included are your basic amenities- Coffee Pot, Keurig Coffee Machine, Blender, Pots, Pans, baking sheets and more! We have ensured that any need you may have has been provided, from towels, a fully stocked kitchen, charging station, sound machine and a starter pack of shampoo, soap, coffee, sweetener, etc. Not to mention FAST internet. We also have a charger for electric vehicles. Come settle in and enjoy our loft as your home-away-from-home. Our home is pet friendly and has linoleum floors throughout.
House Rules
Utility Costs Utility costs, up to $300, are included in your monthly stay. Any overages will be invoiced to the guest within 120 days of your check out date. Pets Up to 2 dogs are welcome on the property. Include your pups in your guest reservation count and you will automatically be charged the $120 pet fee. Absolutely no cats, birds or any other animals in the property. Failure to add the pet fee, bring more than 2 dogs, or any other violation of the pet policy will result in a $500 fee. Monthly Cleanings For guests staying over 30 days, a monthly cleaning for the property is both included in the price and mandatory for this reservation. We will work with each guest on a cleaning schedule that works best for them. Security Deposit For stays over 10 days, a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit shall be returned if no damages are found in the property after check-out.
Other Details to Note
Kindly keep in mind that we are not a hotel and that our accommodations are offered as vacation rentals, so we’ll provide some bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) and coffee/tea, paper towels and trash bags to get you started, however these items are not replenished during your stay. Should you require additional quantities of these items, you can find them (and much more) available at any store nearby. Pets We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $120 per stay. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay. For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is mandatory and will be scheduled after your booking is confirmed. The cost for each cleaning will be billed separately through your booking platform.

Our backyard shares a fence with Pam's breakfast restaurant. It's an easy walk to bacon and eggs. On the north side of our home is a local funeral home. When you walk to the south side, you walk through an older, safe neighborhood where people live and enjoy walking their dogs.
