Swim Spa Temperature and Maintenance From May to September, the Swim Spa is set to pool temperature and maintained every Tuesday. From October to April, the Swim Spa is heated to 90°F and can be adjusted to your desired temperature upon arrival. Pet Policy We are pet-friendly and welcome up to 3 well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable fee of $75 per pet. Kindly note: Pets are not allowed on furniture. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. Security Deposit For stays longer than 10 days, a refundable $500 security deposit is required. This will be fully refunded as long as no damages occur during your stay.
