Courtney was amazing! Loved their cute home and it was exactly what we needed for the week. From great kitchen utensils to beds that kept us from wanting to get up in the morning, we felt right at home.

Beautiful home with high end amenities. We enjoyed the outdoor space as much as the indoor. We had a glitch upon arrival but the team took immediate action and we felt well taken care of and would not hesitate to stay again or reccomend to others. Book the house, you will love it.

The Host was very responsive. We loved the place. It was sooo peaceful. Enough for my entire family to do that we didn’t even leave the gate, except to go get some coffee. Far enough out that you don’t hear constant traffic, yet close enough for a Walmart delivery. We really enjoyed staying here.

An incredibly serene and beautiful location uniquely situated in the foothills of the start of the Hill Country. The main house and suites are so thoughtfully designed and allows the best of both worlds for socializing and privacy. My kids loved fishing, swimming and exploring the property. The experience was seamless, beautiful and exactly what we needed for some family time away from the city. Dawn is an extremely proactive host and made the experience so easy with the few questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend this retreat and the host!

We had a great stay in Granbury. The home was super nice and just as described. The furniture, decorations, beds, etc were all great quality and nice stuff. The ice maker in the kitchen was a nice bonus too. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend this home.

Highly recommended!! House is located in a quiet neighborhood. House is kept clean with a lot of activities for the family to do. Host will respond within a couple of minutes if you have any questions or concerns.

Highly recommended. My daughters and I love this place. It was hard to leave we were having so much fun so we extend our stay. It a peaceful and private place and lots of things to do. Definitely thinking of coming back. And Dawn it’s a kindness, friendly and sweet person, always asking if we need anything, . Thank you for everything Dawn , God bless your life.

Wonderful house with lots of room, plenty for a family reunion where folks can spread out into various fun things to do - swim, kayak, game room, billiards - plus great outdoor space for us to just hang out together! Access for kayaks was fantastic, and the pool was great for swimming and playing. Dawn was incredibly friendly and proactively supporting our needs, namely by providing the best house manual I've seen - it's wonderful and very much appreciated!

We had a FANTASTIC time! It's a beautiful place, and an incredible location. The views are amazing, the house is fantastic and the host was extremely helpful and communicative. We will certainly be back
