I was blown away with this stay! Dawn was on top of everything and made sure we were all set with everything we needed. I knew she was available should we need anything at anytime, but we didn’t! The house was well stocked and ready for us. Highly recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. You can tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel welcome. The location was great, and everything we needed was easily accessible. We especially appreciated the little touches that made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable Airbnb stay!

Place was beautiful, just as pictured. So close to TCU. Made my visit with my son the best so far. Dawn was so responsive and easy to deal with. I will definitely try to get this place everytime I visit now.

This place checks all the boxes and then some. For starters, Dawn was a wonderful host which initiated a fantastic experience. The house is extremely spacious, clean and well thought out. We had an incredible time and will hopefully be staying here regularly when visiting Pagosa! The house was super cozy and had so many different spaces to utilize for different “moods”- game spaces, living spaces, dining spaces and “I just need some peaceful alone time” spaces- 10/10 would recommend!

The house was beautiful, clean and peaceful and I’m so glad they were able to accommodate the 11 of us on such short notice after our original plans fell through due to the weather. The host was very helpful and responsive to us to help resolve the game room being cold. The amenities were great and we really enjoyed our stay!

This home was amazing! Clean, quiet, great location! Each guest room was unique, clean and cozy! The common areas were comfortable, and the game room was a great place to spend time playing pool and watching movies! The jacuzzi was clean, and the perfect place to relax! My husband enjoyed fishing from the private dock! We can't wait to stay here again in the summertime!

We had an incredible New Year’s stay at this lakefront home and couldn’t have asked for a better place for a family retreat and goal-setting reset. The house is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully decorated, impeccably clean, and stocked perfectly with everything you could need. And the master bedroom—truly world class. Waking up to the lake view and seeing it at night was breathtaking and made the stay feel extra special. This home is clearly cared for with intention. We made wonderful memories here and would return without hesitation. Highly recommend.

We spent Christmas here and it was one of the best AirBnB places we’ve stayed at. Dawn was very accommodating and the place was fantastic. They were also very kind when we took a little bit longer to get out of there, at check out. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

This property was gorgeous, the villas connected to the main house were great, as were the cabins. It does take some effort to walk to the cabins as they’re down a rocky slope. It takes a bit more effort, but we found it easiest to drive down vs walk. Otherwise, no issues, the customer service is great and was even responsive on Christmas Eve. Very helpful, kind owners and employees. All around, highly recommended!
