Dawn was excellent! The home and property are great and it was very peaceful! Perfect way to end 2025 and ring in 2026!! Great food in town and Dawn has great local recommendations!!!

We had an incredible New Year’s stay at this lakefront home and couldn’t have asked for a better place for a family retreat and goal-setting reset. The house is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully decorated, impeccably clean, and stocked perfectly with everything you could need. And the master bedroom—truly world class. Waking up to the lake view and seeing it at night was breathtaking and made the stay feel extra special. This home is clearly cared for with intention. We made wonderful memories here and would return without hesitation. Highly recommend.

We spent Christmas here and it was one of the best AirBnB places we’ve stayed at. Dawn was very accommodating and the place was fantastic. They were also very kind when we took a little bit longer to get out of there, at check out. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

This property was gorgeous, the villas connected to the main house were great, as were the cabins. It does take some effort to walk to the cabins as they’re down a rocky slope. It takes a bit more effort, but we found it easiest to drive down vs walk. Otherwise, no issues, the customer service is great and was even responsive on Christmas Eve. Very helpful, kind owners and employees. All around, highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at the Lakefront Retreat with our family. The outdoor setup was absolutely fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We loved kayaking on the lake, such a fun adventure for the whole family. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, Charlie had an adventure as well. The indoor and outdoor access to the kitchen made meal prep a breeze and added to the overall convenience. Bedrooms and bathrooms all fresh and clean.

Dawn was very responsive and very easy to communicate. The house had great views and was in a great area. Check in and check out were very easy and seamless. I would recommend staying here

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The house was as described: clean, roomy with storage. The outside area was nice. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better. Despite the description of having a fully stocked kitchen,we did not find a pizza cutter or dishrags (there were dish towels).We found one extra roll of paper towels but as we stayed for several days and there were seven of us we needed more. We used them as napkins as well as for clean up. Other Airbnbs we have stayed in have had basic items like salt and foil. This place didn’t. It was not a fully stocked kitchen as we understood fully stocked. Firewood is not supplied so the fire pit was not ready to go. We have stayed at several Airbnbs and firewood has always been supplied so we assumed it would be here as well. Husband had to make a trip into town on Christmas Eve afternoon and luckily found some. Dawn was good to respond to questions we had.

Fabulous property, fabulous host! We celebrated our family Christmas here. The weather can be questionable at this time of year, but the property provides a vast amount of both wonderful indoor and outdoor activities - bad weather was not going to be a problem! It cost a little bit more than I wanted to spend, but was very well worth it! We were able to check in early for a very nominal fee, which gave us an extra day. The space is really amazing...not even sure if the photos do it justice. The property is surprisingly private. Perfect for our two dogs. Indoor space and activity options are wonderful. Outdoor space and activity options are wonderful. Hoping to book this property again next year!

Awesome place! Beautiful and was the perfect place for our family to come together to celebrate our son’s graduation from Tarleton. Everyone had their own space and we had a beautiful main room to eat together & enjoy time together. The amenities all were great! Thank you for sharing the place! And communication was great too!
