We had a wonderful time here! The view was AMAZING and the house was so cute! My favorite spot to relax was the upstairs deck. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time in the pool and caught several catfish from the dock. Dawn was a fantastic host and made the process of staying here a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our group has stayed in this house before, and just as the last time, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Dawn is a great host and is always quick to help us find a property when in the area.

The Cabins and Bungalow were exactly as described by Dawn. However, she forgot to mention how extremely private, peaceful and easy to fall in love with the place would be. We had a great time fishing and relaxing in the pool. The pond was stocked with Bluegill, Bass and Catfish...and turtles! The Bungalow was private but not located too far from the other two cabins, it was set up more for grandparents or the "mom & dad" of the group. The cabins had a gathering area and it was perfect for our family. We sat played games, listened to music enjoyed a bbq dinner and drinks. We loved watching the birds in the morning and the fireflies at night. We had a couple of hiccups but Dawn was awesome and communicated with us very quickly to resolve. This is truly a hidden gem and one to not take for granted! A family favorite for sure. We will definitely be coming back.

This house is in a beautiful location. Talk about steps right to the water. And the pool is so close too. We loved how the living room and master bedroom had big windows that made you feel like you were outside, but enjoying the AC!

It was a really nice place. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Dawn did a great job of responding to us quickly and gave us some ideas of place to visit. We had a really good time and would enjoy staying here in the future.

What an amazing stay in Pegosa, beautiful views. Enough room for the entire family and can’t wait to go back in the winter for skiing. Fishing was an absolute dream.

We had an amazing trip! The town is so pretty! The house was beautiful and was super clean! Pool and lake right out the back door. It was private regardless of neighbors all around. Dawn is so sweet and helped us with everything! We will be back!

Dawn's place was perfect for our family of 6 with room to spare. The house has several comfy sitting areas outside, including large covered porches, a fire pit area, a lounge area on the deck and around the pool. It's a very easy trip to the grocery store and lots of great dining options. Finally, Dawn was great from the minute we made our reservation until we checked out, with great communication, local recommendations and checking in on us during our stay. 10/10

We had a wonderful time with our family celebrating our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The house and setting on the lake was beautiful. The perfect place for our gathering. We especially loved the pool and outdoor patio! Dawn is super helpful and always answered any question super fast. We loved our stay!

This was a last minute need for our son’s wedding for family members. Not only was the place the talk of the wedding, but continual discussions on “let’s stay here every-time” was said over and over. Dawn has truly considered every room as part of the experience, where the photos only capture a glimpse. On top of that, Dawn was extremely helpful in recommendations and letting us know what we needed to access the location and private parking. Simply put: This is the best Granbury can offer!
